Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We serve the international market, thus, we do worldwide shipping of orders. There may be countries that we no longer cater to due to certain limitations.

How long will I take to get my order?

All orders are processed and shipped in 1-3 business days since payment is processed.  The successful delivery is usually completed within 7-21 business days from the order date, however, there are factors that are outside of our control which can cause delays in shipping of orders. Please note that the delivery time frame will vary for every destination country.

If the items in your order are out of stock, delivery delayed or unavailable, we will notify you by email. In some countries, delivery can be delayed by customs.

If you have more than one item, it's very likely you will receive them separately, because each product can be delivered from different warehouses.

How to track order status?

A confirmation email containing your unique Order ID is automatically sent upon the successful completion of your order. This will be sent to the email address provided when you made your purchase.

What size should I buy?

If you’re not quite sure which size is right for you, refer to our size guides. Choose the larger size if your size is between two sizes. Please allow 2-3cm differences due to manual measurement.

The product I want is out of stock. When will you be restocking?

If something is out of stock, email us at support@ommindyoga.com  and we’d be happy to double check for you.

What should I do if I receive a damaged or incorrect product?

Our goal is to give the best shopping experience to all our customers. Should you receive a damaged or wrong item, please email our Customer Support Team at support@ommindyoga.com for assistance and we’ll surely get that addressed in the soonest time possible.

Can I cancel my order?

If you cancel within 24 hours of purchase, your full order amount will be refunded. But we do not accept cancellation requests if the order has already shipped.

Is this website secure my personal information?

Sure! Our website has an SSL certificate which ensures you’ll have a safe connection as you do your online shopping with us. We do not store any bank account or credit card information for this will only be used one-time upon your purchase.
